Branding for HeatherP Solutions
Overview
HeatherP Solutions launched in 2019 to help global organizations create a connected and holistic brand experience. By making the connections between marketing and human resources they positively impact the talent experience which aids in company growth, brand reputation and employee retention. Together we developed a logo, business cards, digital stationery and video wrappers.

Logo Approach for HeatherP Solutions
Simplicity & Versatility: We wanted a uncluttered logo or mark that could represent the brand. This mark needed to render beautifully across both digital and print platforms
Timelessness: The goal was to achieve a mark that was modern, yet timeless. It was also critical to have a mark that will grow with HeatherP Solutions. The mark would be the inspiration for supporting secondary graphics such as patterns and data charts.
Symmetry: Story short—making sure a viewer finds the mark appealing. One of the most important principles in logo design is to reach the correct balance and proportions as that will play a role in the audience’s psychology.
Consistency: HeatherP Solutions is one of three brands. There are elements that are shared between all three brands. Furthermore there are shared rules that are followed within the supporting graphics that make up HeatherP Solutions.
Final Results
The rectangles represent the identified silos that exist within a organization’s brand promises and the talent experience. The crossbar of the “H” was manufactured to showcase upward mobility and to build the connection points between those silos. Pieced together you see the flow behind the linework and the connections made between those silos.
Inspiration for Brand
HeatherP Solutions break down the silos between marketing and human resources to help both understand the critical linkages of these people-focused functions to maximize a company’s performance. Those in-house capabilities will enable organizations to respond to customer needs through their employees. Furthermore a link between talent and brand strategies will provide positive results to the company’s external brand reputation. We saw a continuous line come into play when those key connections were made. That continuous line was the inspiration behind the brand. We developed a bold mark that expresses visual cues of mobility, approachability, empowerment and humanity.
