Employer Brand Central & Customizable Sell Sheets

 

Overview

The Creative Team within Talent Marketing had one goal—to put the tools that our recruiters needed at their fingertips. We first built a new asset management portal mimicking the functionality that a user would receive when they shop on Amazon. In stage two we indexed, applied meta data and moved thousands of marketing assets to our new software based platform called Employer Brand Central.

After the portal was complete and user tested we moved on to the last stage. The Creative team generated a suite of Customizable Sellsheets to support our global recruitment efforts.

The Build

Established personas to determine the common users, their relationships within the UnitedHealth Group organization and their motivations. The site map, responsive wireframes and user testing helped determine key features and the overall hierarchy of the platform. We knew that over 90% of the traffic would comes from desktop but we built a mobile friendly platform to support recruiters and sales members in the field.

Customizable Asset Portal

To support our global recruitment efforts the Talent Marketing Creative Team developed nine customizable sell sheets broken out by brand and country.

Once the user has selected the desired brand they are served up a list of dropdowns to customize their sellsheet. The user can select the country, language, job function, job role, pre-approved imagery and messaging. The user can also input additional job details within the text form fields.

Once the user inputs all their information the platform serves up a proof. The user can make edits or download a print ready PDF. Depending the the region first selection the PDF output is either an 8.5x11” or A4 format.
